Pure are exclusively searching for a Procurement Services Manager for an organisation who are based in Essex & Cambridgeshire. 

Hybrid working position paying £35k - £40k per annum.

If successful you will be working within a small team and reporting to the Procurement Head, duties will include analysing support services and requirements and preparing procurement plans. You will be managing the tender process from start to finish and monitoring contract reviews. You will be required to have good experience within this area and ideally dealt with european procurement. Other duties include; - Look at ways to monitor or improve the performance of suppliers - Liaising with support services throughout the business - Writing SLAs - Managing spend information - analysing - Attending internal meetings You will be working independently so you will need to be confident and able to work on your own initiative. This position is to commence asap but some notice period will be considered.

  • Previous experience of Procurement regulations and of procurement environment
  • Managing tendering procedures including public sector requirements
  • Creation of tender and other procurement specifications
  • Implementing purchase contracts
  • Understanding of relevant processes & procedures
  • Degree or relevant qualification - CIPS
