We are currently seeking an experienced and competent Procurement & Contracts Manager for an immediate start to take on a newly-created position for an Ipswich-based organisation.

Your key role will be to provide a full Procurement function and ensure that the framework is fully adopted within the organisation. You will lead projects, manage contracts (pre & post award), manage supplier relationships and service delivery as well as quality, timeliness and value for money of goods and services. In addition you will manage and create a register for the SLA's and ensure that everything is regularly reviewed and updated. 

Although not essential, it would also be advantageous if you have some Management experience as there is currently a Procurement Administrator in place who would report into you. 

This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract but could lead to a more long-term position dependant on the level of success. You would be working full time, Monday to Friday and there is also the option of hybrid working.
