We are supporting this long-established, global organisation with the recruitment of a skilful PA.

This successful applicant will provide high-quality support to the directors including complex diary management, international travel arrangements, event management and other administrative tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised PA to join a fantastic organisation with attractive benefits and high staff retention.


Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of management diaries
  • Preparing executive reports
  • Preparing, designing and co-ordinating written and verbal communication, reports and presentations
  • Planning, organising and facilitating meetings, conferences, corporate and special events
  • Co-ordinating, planning and organising travel arrangements (including flights, ferries, trains and hire cars)
  • Managing organisation of company pool cars
  • Preparing accurate minutes and documentation for meetings
  • Providing internal administration to the wider organisation as required
  • Providing initial response to supplier/customer questionnaires
  • Coordinate monthly communication package to the organisation
  • Taking on projects to support management team as required
  • Optimise and improve current processes
  • Handle confidential information

Person Specification:
  • Previous PA experience at a senior level is essential
  • 3 A' Levels (minimum) or business administration qualification
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
