Salary£24000 - £30000 per annum
Personal Assistant to the Executive Board. This is an excellent opportunity for someone highly organised and with energy and enthusiasm who is looking for a very varied role in a busy, friendly and supportive working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of secretarial and administrative tasks, supporting the team. 

Key Tasks: 

-    Complex diary management
-    Multiple email management 
-    Organising Trustee board meetings, including taking minutes 
-    Liaising with external and internal stakeholders
-    Work collaboratively with the Honorary Secretary 
-    Help organise events
-    Manage internal communication

Required Skills and Experience: 

-    Previous experience in similar role is essential 
-    Minute taking 
-    Excellent Word and Excel skills 
-    Flexible working approach 
-    Excellent communication skills 
-    Confidentiality and time management 
-    Ability to help Executive Board to manage their time and juggle competing priorities
-    Keen interest in wildlife is desirable

Location: Combination of home working/Cambourne on site
Hours: Ideally full time, however, they can look at 4 days or 5 shorter days
Salary: Up to £30,000pa
