Pure Resourcing Solutions are partnering with a highly successful and well-known organisation to recruit for a Payroll Team Leader, to join their team based in South Norfolk.
This role will be ideal for a hands-on and driven Payroll professional, who has demonstrable experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment. With excellent potential for future progression and development, this could be your ideal next step in furthering your career.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Payroll Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 Payroll Administrators to provide a highly professional payroll service. Key responsibilities include:
  • Team management, training & development
  • High volume processing
  • Calculation of statutory payments
  • Query resolution & problem solving
  • Manual gross to net calculations
  • Ensuring compliance to both internal and external regulations and policies
  • KPI reporting
About You
You will be a driven Payroll professional, with demonstrable experience of working within a high-volume and fast-paced environment. You will have an up-to-date knowledge of HMRC legislation and statutory payments. You must have a strong working knowledge of MS Excel, being able to utilise Vlookups & PivotTable functions.
