Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Payroll Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 Payroll Administrators to provide a highly professional payroll service. Key responsibilities include:
- Team management, training & development
- High volume processing
- Calculation of statutory payments
- Query resolution & problem solving
- Manual gross to net calculations
- Ensuring compliance to both internal and external regulations and policies
- KPI reporting
You will be a driven Payroll professional, with demonstrable experience of working within a high-volume and fast-paced environment. You will have an up-to-date knowledge of HMRC legislation and statutory payments. You must have a strong working knowledge of MS Excel, being able to utilise Vlookups & PivotTable functions.
