You will work within the HR team and will take management responsibility for a Payroll Coordinator, the main responsibilities are as follows -
- Responsible for managing the day to day payroll activities for 1200 employees.
- Generation of multiple monthly payroll reports to transfer to their external payroll provider.
- Providing comprehensive guidance on payroll, pension and benefits.
- Day to day management of the Payroll Co-ordinator.
You must have previous experience of running a similar size payroll and ideally previous staff management exposure. You must also have strong IT skills including Excel and be comfortable working with high volumes of data in excel.
