Working with an Employer of choice! There is an opportunity for a Payroll Assistant to work with an amazing team.
The role has been introduced to assist the Payroll Manager with the fast paced, day to day administration of monthly payrolls and will join an established payroll team where everyone has their part to play in the payroll process.

The role involves a combination of home and office working.

Duties of the role will include:

Assisting the Payroll Manager in delivering excellent customer service in payroll delivery.
Entering starters and leavers details on the payroll system
Calculate payments to staff including statutory payments
Ensuring payments are made correctly
Review and process data received from multiple sources
Enter tax, NI information from HMRC starter checklists for new employees
Calculate and review payroll amendments 
Review and import timesheets, resolving any queries.
Monitor the Payroll email inbox
Dealing with enquiries from employees, managers and the HR team
