Part Time HR/Office Administrator required for this college located in Cambridge City.

You will be supporting both the HR function and also work as part of the College Office; providing general office admin support.

Hours: 20 per week - ideally split across at least 4 days
Location: Cambridge City - hybrid working on offer
Salary: £14,756pa

Duties:

  • Placing job adverts
  • Coordinating the shortlist and interview arrangements
  • Create files for new staff
  • Coordinate the induction process 
  • Log training completed
  • Maintain filing system
  • Open post and distribute
  • Bank cheques and cash
  • Be responsible for the petty cash
  • Produce invoices

Your skills/Experience:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of working in administration (HR is desirable but not essential)
  • MS Office skills including Excel and Mail merge
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy
