Part Time HR/Office Administrator required for this college located in Cambridge City.
You will be supporting both the HR function and also work as part of the College Office; providing general office admin support.
Hours: 20 per week - ideally split across at least 4 days
Location: Cambridge City - hybrid working on offer
Salary: £14,756pa
Duties:
- Placing job adverts
- Coordinating the shortlist and interview arrangements
- Create files for new staff
- Coordinate the induction process
- Log training completed
- Maintain filing system
- Open post and distribute
- Bank cheques and cash
- Be responsible for the petty cash
- Produce invoices
Your skills/Experience:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working in administration (HR is desirable but not essential)
- MS Office skills including Excel and Mail merge
- Good level of literacy and numeracy
