We are delighted to be working in partnership with East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) in the appointment of an HR Manager. 

This is a newly created role working 3 days a week to add greater depth to their excellent HR Team and offers real scope for someone looking to work across a range of proactive HR and OD themes.
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, and managing a small HR team,  the HR Manager will deliver an outstanding HR service to the charity through skilled team management, partnership working and process ownership.  Working closely with managers and the Leadership team, you will help develop effective HR solutions and make recommendations to ensure the charity can further improve their ‘world class’ levels of employee engagement. 

To be considered for the role, applicants will demonstrate experience of managing or supervising HR staff, developing policies and designing HR processes and will hold a CIPD Level 7 post graduate diploma.

This role is offered as 3 days a week (22.5 hours) and will be 2 days office based and 1 day working from home.
