Part-Time HR ManagerReference: BH-54268
Hybrid working is on offer, ideally at least 1 or 2 days a week at the office.
This is a newly created role for the business where you will be pivotal in supporting the growth of the business. Reporting to the CEO and working alongside the Ops Manager, you will lead on all aspects of the the day to day HR operations including: recruitment and selection, updating policies, managing offers and contracts, performance management and personal development plans, employee engagement projects.
You will CIPD qualified or equivalent with previous experience of working at HR Manager level.
