- Purchase ledger & Sales ledger
- Issuing customer invoices and credit notes if required.
- Reconciling statements.
- Liaise with clients regarding any outstanding debt.
- Organise and coordinate diaries.
- Liaise with clients and customers regarding on-going projects.
- Assist with staff expenses and credit card statements.
This is a varied and busy role within a vibrant and progressive environment. You will be a team player, proactive and have proven experience of working within finance. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a methodical and practical approach and keen eye for detail.
