This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to support and work with the leadership team, in a driven and dynamic environment.
The PA role holds a crucial role providing administrative support to senior management and the CEO, in order to free up their time for higher level strategic tasks and responsibilities. There is a really close working relationship with the team, and it is the job of the PA to understand the management’s objectives and to build extensive company knowledge in order to handle communications and admin on their behalf.
Key Duties
o Meticulous planning and managing of multiple diaries on behalf of the CEO and Leadership Team and organising meetings whether remote or in person
o Acting as point of liaison for CEO and the Leadership Team, exercising wise judgment to manage and prioritise competing demands on the CEO’s time
o Identifying urgent emails and acting accordingly
o Complex enquiry handling and engagement with high level shareholders and stakeholders
o Accurate minute taking of all meetings including Action Log, and distribution within agreed timeframe.
o Responsibility for the administration of the company HR system and onboarding new staff
o Carrying out research on behalf of the CEO with regards to future strategies, business plans and policies
o Organisation of external events involving multiple companies
o Organisation of company-wide events such as Christmas and Summer celebrations
