Salary£30000 per annum
You will be involved in carrying out a wide range of operational and administrative activities, with a primary focus on supporting the data
protection compliance and archiving and liaison with the IT support group. You will need to be flexible in the work you undertake and work closely with other members of the Operations team to help ensure
effective and timely delivery of support.

Primary responsibilities:
• Purchase order (PO), invoice tracking and budget/forecast support:
• Provide support as required for raising POs
• Liaise with PO owners and vendors for payment schedules
• Assist with the PO tracker process and maintain the PO schedules
• Assist with invoice tracking
• Assist the Finance team with month-end close information
• Data Protection compliance support
• Schedule training sessions
• Review contracts for data protection compliance
• Work with Data Privacy Co-ordinator and Data Protection Officer to complete and review processing agreements
• Ensure adherence to retention schedules
• Archiving
• Manage archiving process and ensure adherence to the policy
• IT support
• Co-ordinate the completion, review and filing of monthly SharePoint access control lists
• Liaise with IT supplier for equipment and to schedule new starter builds
Other responsibilities may include providing support in the following areas:
• Contracts management
• Quality administration
• General office & administrative tasks
• Undertake specific project work at the direction of the Senior Director, UK Operations or other senior managers

You must have experience in a similar role, ideally in a scientific/biotech company, excellent administrative & general IT skills (competent user of Excel), a positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mind-set and excellent problem-solving skills, able to deliver to deadlines and work under pressure
