Office Manager urgently required for this 12 month maternity cover.

You will ensure the smooth day to day running of their Cambridge office and will cover facilities, H&S, policy updates and admin.

Duties are varied, but will include:
Liaising with contractors for work
Managing all servicing contracts
Ordering office furniture
Maintaining all processes, procedures, H&S awareness training for starters
Complete risk assessments
Organise H&S training
Answering all incoming calls
Distributing deliveries
Approving invoices
Organising flights, accommodation etc
Arranging visas
Covering recruitment when the HR Manager is on leave
Updating their HR database
Plus lots more

Start: ASAP
12 month contract
Salary is £30-35,000pa
Hours: 35 per week
Working: at the moment from home, moving to part home/part office
