Salary£21000 - £24000 per annum
Pure are delighted to be supporting this well established organisation in Claydon, with the recruitment of an Office Assistant. The successful individual will be personable and bright, with an approachable and proactive nature. Previous experience working within an office is desirable, or somebody who has worked within a customer facing environment such as retail or hospitality.

*Due to location, somebody who has their own transport is essential*

Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30
£21,000 to £24,000 pa (dependant on experience)

  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, post and packages
  • Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
  • Providing assistance with planning and arranging events
  • Organise travel and accommodation for staff and other external contacts
  • Maintain the condition of the office, ensuring all communal areas are clean and arrange for necessary repairs
  • Maintaining stock levels and placing orders for office supplies as required
  • Facilities management of the company’s offices (arranging and recording fire testing, extinguisher servicing, equipment PAT testing and air conditioning etc)
  • Proving admin support to all departments with data inputting and administration tasks in peak periods
  • Managing the process of repetitive orders for depots
  • Assist with the new starter equipment set up process: setting up laptops, mobile phones and ensuring all equipment is ordered
Skills & Experience:
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and have a polite telephone manner
  • Highly organised and able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a high attention to detail
  • A helpful and willing attitude, with a determination to succeed
