Salary£27000 - £28000 per annum
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a creative and very well-established organisation in Woodbridge, who are seeking an Office & HR Manager to join their team. The successful individual will be the main point of contact for day-to-day People and HR queries, and also for the daily operational functions. You will report to the Managing Director and will work closely with an external HR Consultancy firm.

This opportunity is office-based, and both full time and part time applicants will be considered.
Key responsibilities:
  • To be the primary contact for all administration and day-to-day HR queries.
  • Responsible for recruitment, updating training records, liaising with payroll and sickness absence.
  • Schedule and co-ordinate our recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain and update employee files, administer contracts and documents.
  • Update and maintain policies and procedures and employee handbooks.
  • Update and manage employee records in line with GDPR.
  • Work with Heads of department to schedule regular 1-to-1s, with employee performance management goals, and growth plans.
  • Manage regular external suppliers and contracts for building management.
  • Deal with day-to-day building maintenance and essential purchases
  • Organise company and staff events and trips.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to organise trade fairs including exhibition stand contractors, travel arrangements, and exhibition organiser contracts.
  • To assist MD with specific reports and presentations that may be required
 Key skills:
  • Experience within HR Administration or have relevant HR knowledge.
  • Previous office management or administration experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
 Desired Skills:
  • CIPD level 3 qualified or equivalent.
