An established growing organisation in Bishop’s Stortford are looking for a Office Administrator to join their office support team. The office administrator will report to the HR controller, assist the Company to deliver an excellent service and to comply with relevant legislation.

The Main focus of the role  will be training, travel and accommodation bookings for multiple departments, onboarding of staff and the first point of contact for head office visitors and phone system.

Main Duties:
  • First point of contact for head office (phone and visitors)
  • General administration, including scanning and filing etc
  • Travel and accommodation bookings for multiple departments
  • Training administration; including raising requisitions, providing data to Project Managers, arranging training, sending out joining instructions, updating multiple databases and typing minutes
  • Recruitment administration, monitoring and responding to applications and arranging interviews; Onboarding of new starters, ensure inductions are planned with department Managers and employees; Recording absences and updating annual leave planners; 
  • Support to other teams e.g., invoice entry, work in a safe and efficient manner and to comply with all company policies and procedures.
Skills and Abilities: 
  • At least 2-3 years Administration experience within a similar role 
  • Recruitment/Onboarding experience would be a bonus
  • Great Team Player
  • Ability to Multi-Task and be adaptable to change
  • Excellent Commuincation skills
  • Good IT Skills (Including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel)
