We at Pure are assisting a global supplier & manufacturer based in Chelmsford who’s products are used in some of the most advanced technology around the world, they’re are currently looking for an Administrator to support their team on a 6 month FTC. The role will be reporting into Head of Department and supporting the team with all administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has worked in an office administration position before, someone who is a confident communicator and can commute to Chelmsford easily on a daily basis.

Please note: Due to the nature of the business the role will be 5 days a week working in the company offices
Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Job Type: Full Time/6 Month contract – Potential to go Perm
Salary: £12 - £13 an hour

Key Duties:
  • Supporting the department with key administrative duties
  • Updating existing spreadsheets to analyse key data
  • Communicating information to internal teams
  • Updating system as changes need to made accordingly
  • Updating contracts for client & suppliers
  • Raising client enquiries
  • Collating & sending or checking supporting documents
  • More duties discussed upon briefing
Experience Required
  • An experienced Administrator
  • Excellent communication skills verbal & written
  • Proactive working approach
  • Property law experience
