Office Administrator required for this medical company on a 6 month contract basis.

Location: Waterbeach
Hours: 37.5 per week
Pay: £21-24,000pa
Duration: 6 months

Key responsibilities:
  • Prepare travel schedules, organise travel
  • Organise meetings
  • Support diary management and prepare expense claims
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Prepare and distribute the quarterly company newsletter
  • Assist finance team with timesheet admin
  • Support Office Manager with Health and Safety documentation
  • Admin support for various teams
  • Deputise for aspects of the Office Manager's role

Experience/skills required:
  • Good IT skills including MS Office
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Highly accurate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
