I`m delighted to be supporting a Global organisation in the search for a Network Engineer to join their team based in central Norwich.

In this position you will be fully responsible for managing a variety of systems, troubleshooting, monitoring, installing, configuring, and cabling. Working in a fast-paced environment which will include liaison with European teams/ sites you`ll be required to have strong hands-on firewall, security and VoIp experience.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out troubleshooting/ changes to the Network
• Managing backups and spares
• Performing recovery and testing
• Update of network diagrams
• Liaising with service providers for installations of WAN
• Network migrations from serial to IP

You will have experience and knowledge with:

• Cisco IOS switching and routing
• VoIP
• BGP, VRF, mGRE
• Dynamic Multipoint Virtual Private Network (DMVPN in VRF environment)
• Security and Firewalls
