Our client, a successful and well known property management business in the Norwich area are looking for a Lettings Negotiator/Administrator to join their close-knit team just outside of Norwich City Centre. 

This is a varied role that will involve dealing with tenant and landlord enquiries, arranging property viewings, inspections and maintenance and all general administration duties within the business. 

Alongside the office based work, you will also spend some time out and about visiting properties which will be expensed by our client. Due to this, you will need a driving license. 

The successful applicant: 
  • Will have strong administration experience. 
  • Must have a full UK driving license. 
  • Have a willingness to learn and be able to manage your time and tasks appropriately.
