We are recruiting a Learning and Development Coordinator for an excellent business in Ipswich. Within this role you will be responsible for project managing training, development and employee engagement activities. You will work with a range of stakeholders across the organisation and support with L&D objectives. 

What will the role involve? 
  • Supporting the Learning & Development team with coordinating training and engagement activities 
  • Assisting with the implementation of L&D strategy objectives 
  • Booking training, organising rooms and ensuring set up on the day
  • If training is online, ensure video call invites have been received by delegates 
  • Provide support with inductions, new joiner breakfasts and team building sessions 
  • Collate feedback after training events 
  • Run reports on training and update internal systems 
  • Support with the organisation apprenticeship scheme, liaise with providers 
  • Ad-hoc assistance as required 
What skills / experience do I need?
  • Experience within Learning & Development or a HR role 
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload 
  • Team player and able to build good working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders 
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confident in using MS Office and in-house systems 
  • Some travel to London will be required
