Pure are recruiting for an exciting job opportunity working as a Learning and Development administrator role on a 6–12-month FTC. This is a full-time role offering hybrid working from home and in office, the office based in North Cambridge.  

Job role 
This role offers the opportunity to work in a varied busy role which offers a wide range of responsibilities and tasks happening all at once, supporting all areas of the learning & development department which required an organised and self-motivated individual who likes to priories their own workload and works well with a high volume of detailed tasks.  

Job Responsibilities 
  • Complete full administration of training courses to ensure effective delivery of inductions and internal courses, which will include ensuring delegate lists are up to date, printing of training materials that are required and any other equipment is available to set up  
  • Ensure pre and post course tasks are completed in a timely manner 
  • Use the training management system to support all training activities  
  • Communicate with both trainers, supporting staff, delegates and line managers  
  • Daily check to ensure the training room are in a satisfactory condition ahead of events  
  • Data entry and data updates are also required regularly on the training management system  
Skills required  
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft word and excel  
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills along with experience of supporting with a variety of different enquiries  
  • Must be able to prioritise workload, with a flexible approach to use own initiative in own environment  
  • Experience of working with different system within on role and accurate use of those systems  
  • An interest in Learning and Development
