IT Support - Desktop SupportReference: BH-54406
This role is based in the client's Cambridge office, and will require an on-site presence 5 days a week, so candidates should be locally based or able to commute easily on a day to day basis.
You will be providing face to face end user support to colleagues who are returning to the office as part of a hybrid working model, so customer service and communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to empart confidence into customers and colleagues.
