I am currently supporting a leading law firm across the eastern region for a IT support analyst. The ideal candidate will experience working in a helpdesk environment and being the first port of call of for IT related issues. Secondly, the candidate needs to be comfortable working in a professional environment and be able to troubleshoot issues in layman’s terms.
                                                                                                                   
Responsibilities

• Provide full helpdesk support to all staff across the business.
• Strong hardware skills including laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Managing and implementing changes on the company’s network infrastructure
• Onboarding new starters
• Knowledge and understanding of VPN technology.
• Basic awareness of data networking

 
Key Skills

• Windows 10 knowledge essential and Apple knowledge desirable
• Experience with both on-prem and cloud technologies
• Knowledge of office 365, AD, Azure and networking is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 2/3 years in an IT position
• Previous experience working within a helpdesk environment would be ideal.
