What is the job?
- Participate in support rota and provide telephone and email support to end users during busy periods, aiming to provide a first time fix to all callers within agreed SLA’s.
- Carry out analysis and document business/user requirements for new requests.
- Develop support skills in telephony/network/desktop/server technologies and cloud hosted services.
- Assist in support of core services to include Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Ecommerce, EPOS, Azure, SQL, JET Reporting, Power BI, WAN, WLAN, LAN, Server, Desktop, Mobile Devices including apple device such as Smartphones and Tablets.
- Assist the IT Support Manager/Director with project related tasks.
- Participate in out of hours support rota.
What do you need?
- Strong experience with office 365, Azure, Server OS 2003 – 2019, SQL Server, Ecommerce platforms, Web service integration
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build relationships quickly and must be comfortable communicating at all levels
- Exposure to project planning/co-ordination.
