I have an immediate requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to join a fast paced, customer focused, service desk on a contract basis.

You will be working as part of a close knit team, providing all aspects of 1st line Support, primarily via incoming calls.  The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience working in a Service Desk environment and excellent customer service skills.  The role will work on a hybrid model with home working available, however candidates will need to be able to work in Norwich City Centre as required, and must be able to easily commute to that location.

Key technical skills include:
  • Phone based Customer Service / Service Desk Experience
  • 1st Line technical support - Active Directory - Windows Server etc
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Experience of remote access tools
