Salary£57000 per annum
We are recruiting an interim HRBP with a focus on developing new team structures for a global and world leading business based in Cambridge on a 12 month FTC.
As a key member of the Organisation Design (OD) team, you will be responsible for delivering OD elements including facilitation of workshops for a group of integration projects for various business units, ensuring timeliness in the delivery of plans, structural and people components through alignment of the business’ operating model with the organisation design.
About you?
You will an experienced HRBP who has experience within change management, HR partnering, project management who has skills within facilitation and running workshops and be confident managing stakeholder relationships. You will have worked for a business which has gone through a period of change and transformation and ideally on a global level (however not essential). Experience of process mapping is key as well as excellent communication skills.

The package also includes a retention bonus on top of the base £57,000
