An innovative and growing biotech start up based in south Cambridgeshire is looking to appoint an interim HR Manager for a period of 6 months. 
This organisation employs around 40 employees, all based from their office in south Cambs.
This newly created role would be ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small business where you will have the opportunity to develop the HR function.
The role will involve –
  • Managing all the recruitment, mainly scientific roles
  • Advertising roles through to interviewing candidates
  • Managing L&D as well as budget responsibility
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers on people related issues
  • Providing sound employment law advice
  • Leading on employee engagement
  • Managing pay and benefits
The role is being offered on a hybrid working model and the business is open to 3-5 days a week depending on the person’s availability.
The role may also become permanent after a period of 6 months.
