Seeking all IMMEDIATELY Available Senior HR Advisers/ HRBP’s for a 6-9 month fixed term contract. Assigning to a Global Business based in Cambridge. Liaising with their technical team advising on all characteristics of HR reporting into the Senior HRBP.

Key accountability's
- Coach managers in employment practices, and support interventions to grow manager self-sufficiency in the application of people management, systems and process.
- Support managers through change and transformations activities, working with people team colleagues and stakeholders to support employees through the effects and outcomes of change
- Coach/mentor junior partnering colleagues in all aspects of their role to ensure effective performance in role, grow skills and capabilities and enhance professional development.
- Participate in People team projects, initiatives and programmes of work to design, deliver and embed products and services in the business.
- Contribute to the development of the People & Culture team strategy and ensure operational interpretation and execution of the strategy.
Essential knowledge
- Up to date employment law and practice and how this translates into policy and is applied within the workplace.
- People and partnering systems, processes and practices within a typical People function and an understanding of inter dependencies.
- An understanding of the ethics and application of Equality, Diversity, Inclusively and Belonging with the workplace.
- An understanding of the symbiotic relationship between the organisation and its people as a driver of organisational capability, success, and growth, and how this interprets into the role of the business partner.
