HR Transformation LeadReference: BH-52771
This role will take the HR lead on supporting the re-organisation of an internal function by partnering at a strategic level with the Finance Director. You will support on a number of change projects which will include:
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees within the function
- Managing the multiple union relationships
- Project management and collaborative working across the organisation
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of leading on large scale complex restructures, ideally finance and systems transformation (however this is a nice to have). You will be a natural collaborator who is able to build relationships easily. Thinking strategically however able to roll up their sleeves and deliver the detail.
The role is being offered on a 2 year FTC, ideally looking for the person to start by September 2021. Hybrid working will be available. Please reach out to Caroline Batchelor for further details.
