Our client is a dynamic and thriving UK based organisation with offices in Ipswich, and due to continued growth are looking to implement a new HR system. They are looking to recruit a permanent HR Systems Manager to drive and deliver the implementation of the system across a number of business units across the UK, and then be retained with future projects in mind.
The main remit of the position is to lead in the implementation of the system and be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders You will manage, oversee and maintain the systems that the HR teams depend upon and deliver all aspects of MI and reporting from within the HR service.
This role will be responsible for the management of and reporting of data, ranging from regular requirements to ad-hoc projects.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate previous experience of system implementation, ideally within an HR environment and have a knowledge of HR principles and reporting.
Alongside this you should have experience in working in multiple teams across different locations and have proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships. You should have excellent communiations skills and have a commitment to continuous improvement.
This role is to be alligned to the offices in Ipswich, but some travel to the other UK offices is expected and hybrid work is available.
