We are delighted to be working alongside a vital public sector organisation to recruit a HR System Assistant on a contract basis up until the end of March 2022. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Process changes on employee contracts and payroll in a efficient manner
  • Maintain and update recruitment and employee records on HR systems 
  • Answer system related transactional HR queries 
  • Be the first point of call for any system queries or issues, maintaining a log of faults
  • Undertake data cleansing, error checking and system flows on a weekly basis 
  • Be responsible for user acceptance testing
  • Maintain intranet pages 
  • Prepare reports for Managers as required


Key Skills
  • Experience of using People systems is essential
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Troubleshooting system errors 
  • Sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages 
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to given time-frames
