Pure are working with a super Bio Pharmaceutical company who have a very exciting job opportunity to work as a HR Operations Specialist.  This is a full time, permanent job opportunity which offer hybrid working.

Job responsibilities
  • Produce standard and non-standard end to end employee lifecycle correspondence, e.g., letters, contracts of employment, contracts, changes in employment and circumstances
  • Manage end to end employee lifecycle processes and activities i.e., recruitment, hire, onboarding, changes, transfers, absence and offboarding ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience
  • Provide first line support to HR Operations
  • Project management and coordination of various HR led projects
  • Partner with finance to submit all payroll change information, assisting with any queries that may arise ensuring deadlines are met
  • Partner with the benefits advice providers, providing data for benefit enrolments and renewals and coordinating benefits communications to employees
  • Support employee recognition programmes
  • Proactively support the hiring process, including managing job postings, scheduling interviews and ensure high levels of candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
Skills required
  • High level of personal integrity, positive and high emotional resilience
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience of working in a client facing HR team would be desirable but not essential
  • Able to manage own workload as well as work well as part of a team
  • Experience of budget coordination and monitoring
  • Good time management
  • Strong IT skills
