HR Manager

Pure are recruiting a generalist HR Manager role for an established business with their head office based on the outskirts of Ipswich.  This is a generalist role role which offers autonomy and variety, and would suit a candidate with similar experience, either in a management role, or an Advisor looking to take their first step into a managerial post.  The position has support of an HR administrator.

Reporting into the Managing Director and supporting the Executive team and diverse workforce, this position would suit someone who has worked in a medium size business with the ability to vary their approach to different staffing levels.  The remit of the vacancy varies from HR policy, onboarding, recruitment, ER management, L&D and systems management.

Candidates will ideally have CIPD level 5 or above and be able to demonstrate the ability to take ownership of their own workload.

This position offers some hybrid working, but regular attendance onsite is required.
