The HR Assistant will oversee all HR administration responsibilities and activities whilst also ensuring the department runs smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation as a whole. With previous knowledge of working with an HR role, this position will support with recruitment processes, record keeping, employee relations, regulatory compliance, payroll, KPI reporting and training and development.
The role requires exceptional attention to detail, focus and accuracy ensuring all employee records are up to date. Additionally, the HR Assistant will act as a point of contact for colleague queries regarding HR related topics.

The role with be home working with at least 2 days per week in the office.
