Salary£40000 - £45000 per annum
Pure are pleased to be supporting a fantastic family owned business who are looking for a HR Manager to join them. This role is a standalone position covering the day to day operational side of the business working closely with the MD.
The Role
  • Coach and advise all line managers on people issues, providing expert support and advice around employee relations and performance management issues.
  • Implement policies and procedures, identify key areas within the business that need attention and improvement.
  • Overall responsibility for recruitment and retention activities
  • Ensue all HR policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law and best practice and any changes are communicated effectively to line managers and the team
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of developments in employment law and HR practice
  • Continuously improve engagement and welfare activities and maximising productivity
Key Skills Required
  • Experience working in a standalone HR position, dealing with the entire HR function
  • CIPD Level 5 ideal but not essential
  • Experience having a hands on approach, and a can do attitude
  • Up to date knowledge on employment law
