Reporting into the Operations and Finance Director and supporting the Executive team and diverse workforce, this positions sits within a supportive Operations function. The remit of the vacancy varies from HR policy, onboarding, recruitment, ER management, L&D and systems management.
As this is a stand alone role with a generalist scope, candidates will ideally have CIPD level 5 or above and be able to demonstrate the ability to take ownership of their own workload.
This position offers hybrid working, with occasional travel to other sites and strong benefits, including CIPD study support and membership fees.
Both full and part time (30 hours a week) would be considered, but flexibility may be required at during peak periods.
