Salary£50000 - £60000 per annum
Our client is a successful manufacturing organisation who are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join their leadership team in a role which is an exciting blend of strategic and operational HR responsibilities.

Reporting to the Head of HR and managing a small HR team, the role will develop and deliver people plans that will build skills, capabilities and infrastructure in line with the overall HR and site operational strategies. As an experienced HR professional, you will work closely and engage with the senior leadership team to ensure continued success whilst managing a team to develop a high performing culture and work collaboratively with the wider HR team to attract, engage and retain the best people for the businesses.

What you will need:

  • Demonstrable generalist HR management experience in a fast-paced environment and enjoy partnering closely with the business to add commercial value
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified 
  • Confident in your decision making and have strong influencing skills
  • Resilient and collaborative in your ways of working
The role will be based in Eye, but will involve travel to other locations within the East Anglian region, therefore a valid driving licence is essential.
