We are currently recruiting a HR Coordinator Team Leader for a fantastic client based in Bury St Edmunds. The successful candidate will be leading a team responsible for issuing and changing employee contracts and supporting documentation. The company can offer free on-site parking, training and ongoing career progression.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for dealing with escalated queries coming into the team
  • Supervise and take ownership of managing day to day queries within the team 
  • Assist with 1-2-1 meetings with employees, recommend suitable training or coaching, mentoring as required 
  • Produce contracts for new starters, leavers alongside contract changes including changes to salaries and employee benefits
  • Accountable for running department audits 
  • Keep up to date on legislation changes in terms of employee benefits 
  • Administer salary and bonus reviews 
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements and ensure they are being worked too
Key Skills 
  • HR experience is desirable 
  • CIPD qualification or studying towards one 
  • Experience of leading a team is desirable 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to work with changing priorities and deadlines
