Salary£26000 - £28000 per annum
Pure are pleased to be working with a fantastic business based in Upminster to recruit a HR Coordinator to join their team, they are looking for someone on a permanent basis but are also looking for 2 temporary members of staff to start immediately!
The Role
  • You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and tailored HR administration services, therefore previous experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment is a must.
  • You’ll be arranging investigations, disciplinaries and grievance hearings and often need to take minutes of those meetings.
  • You will also be responsible for managing short term absence cases and probation periods.
  • Dealing with all onboarding for new starters, sending out offer letters and contracts, making any changes to contracts
  • Updating all relevant information on their HRIS
You’ll be detail-orientated, proactive, confident, diplomatic, and resilient, with exceptional interpersonal skills. You should have the ability to work in a stand-alone position and to manage your own diary to support the business needs, successfully prioritising your own workload.
