Salary£50000 - £55000 per annum
Pure are delighted to be partnering with this high profile and well respected employer in Ipswich, supporting with the recruitment of an HR Business Partner. 

Our client is just starting the development of a new operating model within the HR team, and has significant growth plans across the business in the next two years. This is a critical position that will interecede with various stakeholders and different areas of the business.

As part of a overall People Plan your responsibilities will include working on pro-active initiatives such as talent and succession, resource planning and working in conjunction with L&D to develop people capabilities; whilst ensuring engagement, well-being, inclusion and diversity remain at the heart of the agenda.  You will also have a key role in contributing to the wider People team priorities and agenda.

This is a true business partnering role and requires candidates who have operated in a medium to large size organisation and worked in a BP style HR function.  You should be able to contribute strategic thinking and planning and identifying areas of change and development.  This role has the support of a wider HR administration team.

This is a hybrid working role, that does have some element of occasional travel and has a strong benefits package, including a car.
