As an accomplished HR professional, you will take the lead on new initiatives, including policy development, ensuring NUA are up-to-date with employment law and best practice. Furthermore the HR Partner will be the lead for equality, diversity and inclusion, supporting and driving the implementation of the EDI agenda.
We would love to hear from you if you have strong generalist HR experience gained within a complex organisation. This will include employee relations and, ideally change and performance management as well as organisational development. With a strong knowledge of employment legislation and its practice application, you will be confident in using your professional judgement to advise on business matters and their people impacts.
