Pure are pleased to be partnered with an excellent organisation to support with the recruitment of a HR Business Partner. You will be passionate about delivering a high-quality service, working proactively with senior stakeholders to develop HR and OD across the organisation.

The Role
  • Providing proactive, professional HR advice and practical expertise on the full range of people issues, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and establishing yourself as a trusted partner in the business
  • Provide advice and coaching with employee relations, contractual and policy matters
  • Provide proactive support and advice to all levels of managers/leaders to make all sickness absence issues effectively, analysing data and implementing appropriate interventions to minimise sickness absence levels and maximise employee wellbeing.
  • Research, develop and implement new and revised HR policies, procedures and associated documentation across the Trust.
  • Work collaboratively with the People Team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of advice and respond to queries from current staff within the business, potential staff, and external organisations.
  • Manage and administer an effective recruitment service in collaboration with the wider People Team.
  • To support and lead time limited HR projects and initiatives including wellbeing, staff engagement and learning streams.
  • Contribute to a positive employee relations culture, respecting and developing effective channels of communication with recognised Trade Union representatives and in school representatives.
  • Plan, organise, monitor and review HR and recruitment operations and resources, ensuring the provision of a consistent, effective and responsive service including the entire range of administration and employee lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify, develop and implement improvements to systems and procedures to enhance service efficiency and achieve Trust aims and objectives.
  • Role model inclusive HR practice and maintain own professional development, ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best HR practice.
Key Skills Required
  • Experience in providing advice and guidance on a wide-range of HR matters in medium-sized or above organisations/businesses
  • Experience of providing administrative support in HR matters including the whole employee lifecycle (e.g. payroll, recruitment and learning/CPD or Organisational development)
  • Experience in managing and advising on employee relations casework and organisational change projects. And working with Trade Unions and/or third parties (i.e. legal teams/solicitors) in the course of these situations.
  • Experience is leading or supporting OD projects that directly impact employee engagement (e.g. wellbeing, EDI and/or staff surveys)
