This is an opportunity for an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner to join a brand leader within the FMCG sector at their HR Business Partner.
You will partner with three of their operational businesses as well as head office functions reporting to your senior business stakeholders as well as the UK HR Director.

The role –
- Working closely with your centres of excellence, you will provide operational and strategic HR partnering to your client groups at management level and above.
- Advising and coaching mangers
- Delivering people and business initiatives that ensure the business is a Great Place to Work which is inclusive and diverse.
- Working alongside the HR Director and COE to create engagement and L&D plans for your part of the business
- Workforce planning for the future
About you?
- The ability to operate as a strategic HR Business Partner as well as managing the day-to-day operational activities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complexity.
- Experience working with a centre of excellence model
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
- Excellent employment law knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working within a manufacturing / operative environment would be an advantage or an interest to work in this sector
- Experience of Great Places To Work Survey would be an advantage however not essential
