Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a new role to start ASAP? An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading organisation based in Upminster, our client are looking for a HR Business Partner on a temporary basis to support for 4 weeks, with the potential to be extended.
The Role
  • Supporting with ER cases, restructuring and change management
  • Taking a pro-active approach to all HR matters to ensure employee engagement
  • Supporting organisational change ensuring the appropriate policies and processes are in place
  • Contributing to various HR projects within the organisation
Key skills, experience and qualifications required
  • Previous experience working at BP level
  • In depth experience with ER and change management
  • CIPD Qualified to Level 7
  • The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
