Employing 100 people and looking to grow to over 200 over the next few years, this is an opportunity to be a part of a growing success story.
You will be a true HR Business Partner who has a generalist HR background. You may be working as a HR Manager or HRBP at the moment and you are looking for a new challenge in a scaling business where you will be instrumental in creating the foundations of HR. Working in collaboration with your L&D, TA and HR Admin team, you will jointly deliver the day to day HR operations as well as lead on value add HR projects.
The role will involve creating all the HR policies, managing case work, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, on-boarding, reward and benefits, a true HR Generalist role.
You will be CIPD qualified with demonstrable experience as a HR Generalist at Manager or HRBP level
Experience of working for a scaling business.
