We are delighted to be working alongside a rapidly growing organisation in Stowmarket to recruit a HR Assistant for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. This role will be supporting Managers in a generalist HR capacity. This client are a leading player in their field and going from strength to strength so this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the journey. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Maintain and update systems with employee information 
  • Produce offer letters and contracts for new starters and process any contract changes for existing employees 
  • Assist with recruitment, booking interviews and sending confirmations 
  • Be the first point of call for any calls and emails into the department
  • Support colleagues with project work 
Key Skills
  • Experience of working within a similar role is desirable 
  • Strong IT skills with experience of using MS Office packages 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and to given timelines
  • Team player
