Our client is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join their busy HR team, acting as the first line of support for HR Policy, system and transactional queries and provide accurate and timely responses in line with the relevant HR policies and procedures.
With exceptional communication skills, you will take ownership for resolving all queries promptly and additionally be responsible for processing monthly employee contractual changes including Allowances, Parental Leave and Data Quality checks, updating the HR System, and issuing payroll instructions
To be considered for this assignment, you will demonstrate experience in dealing with stakeholder queries and transactions involving HR Policies providing exceptional customer service at all times. You will be a strong team player and show self- initiative to enable positive outcomes.
This role is offered as a fixed term contract with an immediate start until 31 December 2021 and will be hybrid working, with at least 1 day office based.
