We are delighted to be working alongside a highly reputable, award winning HR Consultancy to recruit a HR Assistant. This varied role will be providing administration support to a team of Consultants and the Operations Director alongside diary management and assisting clients. Each Consultant takes great pride in their work and service to their clients and they are looking for a likeminded individual to join the team. This vacancy is ideal for those already working within HR or those who have PA/EA experience looking to move into the HR sector. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Supporting the Operations Director and a team of Consultants with administration duties such as creating and updating contracts, handbooks and letters
  • Diary management for the Operations Director, confirming availability and booking meetings 
  • Corresponding with clients via telephone and email, assisting where you can or forwarding on accurate messages
  • Managing Consultant emails, actioning accordingly 
  • Book travel, meeting rooms and catering as needed for client meetings 
  • Organise agendas, itineraries and meeting documents and type meeting dictations
  • Assist in preparing documentation for meetings and seminars such as presentations, delegate lists and invitations  
Key Skills
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working as a PA/EA or HR Assistant 
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to deal with multiple priorities and work within given timelines 
  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft packages 
  • Accurate typing skills are essential, audio typing experience is desirable 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Client focussed, always happy to go the extra mile 

This is a home based opportunity however travel to meetings will be required. A competitive salary is on offer along with full training and potential future progression.
